“The Roost was clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is getting curtains or drapes. When walking up in the morning upstairs the sun shone brightly in my eyes. ”

“I try to stay here on every trip to Fredericksburg. It's within walking distance of dining, shopping and entertainment. The bed is very comfortable which gives you a great nights sleep. The bathroom is very nice size with two sinks and a walk-in shower. Highly recommend staying here A+++++”

“The bathroom, kitchen, bedding and linens were clean. This is a lovely property that is walking distance from Main Street. However, the couch and ottoman were filthy and the ottoman and bench at the end of the bed were in rough shape. This is not what we expected, but these are simple fixes. The property description says onsite parking, but it is street parking for the lavender suite, and other guests were able to park just feet from the door to our suite. We were made aware of a maintenance……

“Check in was easy. Cabin wasn’t quite ready at the check in time but we were able to get into the rv park and check out the pool and clubhouse. Facilities at the pool were all very nice. Cabin was clean and well maintained. Perfect for our family of 5. ”

“The shower and toilet had drainage problems. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We loved the location and it was very quiet and peaceful ”

“Everything was just as pictured, I didnt give 5 stars, because the water had zero pressure, and would get hot for a second and then drop to freezing. The hot tub area wasnt very private it is located right next to the parking lot. ”
