“We always book a location with a private hot tub. Prior to booking, my wife reached out to the owner and they told us there was a private hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub was broken and hadn’t been working prior to our booking. The owner apologized and said the “wrong part was delivered”. We never would have booked the location if we knew that ahead of time. Because of the situation, we asked for a small 100 credit towards our stay, but we feel like we were blown off and ignored....

“The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well…….”
