“Hello, thank you for the opportunity to provide a review. We did have a few issues with our stay and since we were unable to cancel we made due. Firstly, our reservation was made with two Queen beds. Upon check in our room only had one Queen bed. The employee told us there were no other rooms available. We had to buy an air mattress at the hardware store for our guest. We also were given a room on the second floor despite having two elderly/ disabled women. This location does not have elevators.……

“Was horrible!!! I paid for 2 beds and got charged for the fourth person which is a 10 year old girl. Why pay for 2 beds if only 1 person can sleep on one? Rooms need update and maybe a inspection. Cheap price but not going to be back rude staff. Just walked in to room and didnt knock. I think i over reacted but my daughter and her babygirl were alone in room.
