“On the surface, overall nice looking unit and apartment complex. However, there were issues not apparent in the online advertising: Small stucco/cement cove balcony looks to busy, loud interstate and the two chairs provided are low so you’re looking at the wall👎. Not user friendly but at least a place to hang wet swimsuits. Bedroom windows also face interstate and not well sealed so allow bugs and noise in👎 But the windows do let in nice daylight 👍. The bathroom has a musty/urine……

“The condo was very nice. The area the unit was in was a nice area, quiet, and felt safe. I met one neighbor as I was accessing the unit and he was very pleasant. Being able to use the garage for parking was a huge plus for me and was one of the main reasons we chose this property, as we never trust being parked on the street. My feeling at this property thou, after staying here, was that I would be very comfortable going out to the car after dark if you had forgotten something. The complex……

“Everything was perfect from checking in until we checked out. The house is new, the space is great, comfortable, super clean and really accommodating. We had no issues through our stay and Laurel, our host was amazing, very responsive, super nice and on top of things, there's thoughtful intention behind every detail. I would happily stay here again when I'm in the area. It's location is super close to downtown Chandler, walking distance to great restaurants, bars and feels safe. The few blocks……

“Apartment was clean and updated. We were able to park right outside of stairwell door, which allowed for easy in and out. The parking lot is a gated entry, so felt safe. The building elevator was broken for our entire visit, so with the room being on the 3rd floor it was a hassle to lug our large suitcase up and down for check-in and out. Host was responsive to all questions upon check-in. ”
