The sheets were dirty when I arrived, there was nail polish on the bedsheet. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and on the sink as if someone had shaved and the bathroom was overall disgusting. The bathtub and shower was untouchable. There was an unknown black goo on the tile floor. The A/C unit reaked of smoke. Positive: the parking lot was well lit. It had a fridge and microwave in unit and a little sitting counter/nook area. There were no bed bugs that I saw.

We've been here for months and never had an issue that wasn't addressed, hot water is excellent in our room, AC is also excellent, we didn't have any issues with anything really... Neighbors are pretty quiet, front desk manager is really nice and ready to work with, its inexpensive and I sleep like a baby here. I think that some reviews are really harsh and over the top because I've been on 3 different rooms here and if something was needed, Gigi makes sure to take care of it right away.

The place needs massive renovations. The property was ok from the outside, but my room was in pretty bad shape. I still stayed because I was alone, but if I were with my family, I will be out as soon as I get in the room.

The room was cool ok but it was filthy we couldn’t even take a shower they would not clean the tub the room needs a total remodel, it’s to bad they false advertise their rooms they are not what’s in the pictures 😕

All parking was closed off or being used by trucks loading and unloading things in their homes so there was little so no parking. In addition there was random people coming in off of the streets that truly had no reservation there, and it was very evident from the lack of any belongings areas were very dirty from the front door all the way into the unit, and it looked like the property itself was just falling apart

If I could give no stars, in fact, minus if I could! The property looks nothing like the pictures they show on Expedia; it looked great on the site with windows and California shutters hence it turned out to be a total misrepresentation! Do not be fooled by the pictures. It was like a prison without any windows, paint peeling, much smaller than depicted on the site, completely unsafe and the room was horrifying. It was a third of the size shown on Expedia. I stayed for a few seconds and that was enough. We ran as far away as we could! We stayed for a few seconds and we still did not get a refund for those few seconds. They charged us for all that stress even though we did not even stay that night. BUYER BEWARE! Do not even think of staying there as it is scary!!!

Had to take cold showers because the hot water wasn’t turning on. One of the lights weren’t working so I was halfway in the dark. Towels were dirty and it was hair every where. Other than that had a peaceful stay.

Front desk staff was not polite and was immediately defensive at check-in, which raised an early concern. The room itself was unacceptable. Floors were sticky, counters were not cleaned, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. The bedding was visibly dirty, with stains on the sheets and blood on the pillows. The bathroom was unsanitary, and the plumbing under the sink was exposed, broken, duct-taped, and leaking water onto the floor, creating a safety hazard. Due to these conditions, we did not stay and left immediately after notifying the front desk. We were told a refund would not be issued, despite the room being unsafe and clearly not as advertised. Expedia also declined to take accountability. Even with photo documentation and a formal request, they stated they could not issue a refund without hotel approval. I strongly recommend choosing a different property and booking platform that prioritizes customer safety and basic cleanliness standards.
