"We spent 7 days at this property in late September / early October 2025 and we had an excellent experience. We enjoyed spending mornings / evenings on the lanai where we could see the ocean with a cool breeze while enjoying some cold beverages The pool is also very nice and was never crowded and we were always able to get a couple of lounge chairs with an umbrella on the days we wanted to just stay in. We also enjoyed the location in Kihei since it was so close to several beaches, excellent restaurants, food trucks, etc.. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, with modern appliances, and excellent decor. Also, the owner is so nice and she sent us all kinds of recommendations of things to do / visit in Maui and made the overall experience so easy. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again if we make it back to Maui. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Condo was centrally located and easy to navigate around.It was comfortable and fit our needs.The electrical outlet was not working in the bathroom and that was a minor inconvenience.Overall would definitely stay there again!"

"The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions.. The location of Maui Sunset places you within 15 minutes of the finest restaurants to the south and excellent beaches. To the north you are only 10 minutes from the harbor. The condo is well kept, clean, and user friendly. The property reminds me of a few Old World Florida places we have stayed. The property is immaculately kept. This morning we watched the staff wipe down snd clean every lounger around the pool. The entire grounds is surrounded by perfectly groomed tiff green grass. It really is amazing. We ate several dinners at the high end hotels but we were always happy to get back to our Maui Sunset condo! You should go! "
