"Property was recently renovated very clean. Nice up-to-date. It was a very chilly weekend, so really just chilled inside, our son and daughter in law braved the chilly weather and tried to fish off boat house, but no luck. We truly enjoyed the view. Definitely plan on going back late spring early summer. Would love to take grandchildren there."

"Loved it even though the thunderstorm came through and knocked the power out for more than half the stay. Housekeeper came and checked on us theres a trash can raider at night time. The grass in the back was high along with a dead tree that could have been removed. The house was amazing loved it."

"We booked this waterfront home the weekend of our daughter’s graduation. It was very clean, nice and cozy. Only wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it and the deck over Cane River. The owners were very nice and accommodating, and even went above and beyond to return an Apple Watch to us that we left behind. Great home in a great place with great owners. We’d love to visit again. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was just as shown in photos and description. The home was spacious and just right for our family. We loved the screened in porch with air conditioning for the grandkids to have their own space. The owner was extremely helpful in communicating and making sure we were comfortable. The house was very clean and the the lake is beautiful."

"This was a must for us as an older couple to get away and just reconnect, and this was the perfect place. Everything was spotless and the scenery was gorgeous. The hot tub was so relaxing and with it being recessed into the deck, it was more accommodating for my handicapped husband. We laughed about everything being fit for a giant, and all the TCU decors. I think someone in the family must be very tall and played sports at TCU! I even said Geaux Tigers a time or two, (and I am from Texas!) ...

"What was once a medium sized 1940’s era home has been updated, enlarged and landscaped beautifully. The great room, primary suite, and covered deck are gorgeous, with gorgeous river views. Tropical plants outside the great room and off the deck are stunning. The location is within 2 or 3 blocks of charming shops in the downtown and of the lovely riverfront park and walkway. Access to the house is very easy with a door code. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are all extremely firm. If you...
