"The hotel is very old. The Food, many dishes such as banh uot, banh cuon, xoi, chao thit..., serves for breakfast are too cold while they should be served in warm or hot condition for tasty. Hot water should be available for use to dilute the very strong black coffee. The toaster was not working. "

"Hotel is a good location near stores and restaurants. Nice pool. There were 2 geckos in the bungalow which we didn't like but a mosquito net was brought to us. The bungalow otherwise was a good size and nice. Breakfast is mostly Vietnamese with little Western options and the coffee isn't good. When asking for something specifically the service was good but in general there wasn't any extra effort. The pool towels were not picked up after people left and the pool cushions need to be cleaned...

"we went to check in and there were lots of mosquitos, i mean lots not few, when we tried to chase them away they came back through the windows which were rotten. i went to talk with reception who just gave me a spray can, good enough, we went to spray the whole room and left for half an hour, came back, more mosquitos!! the reception said this area always full of mosquitos no matter which hotel. we had enough and moved to other hotel right next to it, no mosquitos!! no refund, they told me."
