"Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. ..."

But they are redoing a major part of the road and getting in and out was an absolute nightmare, but that would have been the case with just about any place about 5km in either direction.
