“The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return.”

“This small hotel is unique and well designed. Decent breakfast downstairs and the lobby is wide open to the eighth floor. The rooms around the perimeter. Seems like a massive waste of space but the rooms were very comfortable with large bathtubs and windows. Couldn’t open a window or a door for fresh air which we Badly wanted. the room was well appointed quiet and love the decor. Good pillows as well. Close to restaurants and 10 minutes from the Oceanside area. ”

“The shower tub sliding door would not shut properly so you would end up flossing the bathroom after taking a shower. Lots of ants in the room Side lamp didn't work regardless of changing the bulb It is supposed to be In quiet part of town but I couldn't sleep past 1 am as someone was being super loud with doors and yelling . Coffee in the morning is pretty disgusting . The first day the coffee for cold and next day seems like they reheated the same coffee or something and it tasted pretty...

“Nice little hotel on the main road, not far away on motorbike from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pagoda is also not far away. Hotel is fairly new or they has just repainted it. Spacious small rooms and only downside is that they placed the switch to bathroom light behind the tv. And windows can not open but aircon is really effective.”
