Great staff we had problems with another hotel in the area due to cleanliness I contacted them and they helped get us in the room early so we could leave the bad hotel sooner. Super friendly super clean place. Nice staff and good drinks by the pool. The breakfast was delicious as well

Absolutely stunning resort with tons of amenities. The only real downside is that it is a bit isolated on the end of a long winding road, but you do get beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and rainforest.The staff is warm and welcoming, food is excellent

Great stay! Staff was courteous, rooms were clean and loved happy hour and the casino. We were especially pleased with how close we were to El Manglar Seafood and Grill. We had dinner there both nights we stayed at Crocs.
