"Staff were professional and timely. We needed help with taking our bags to the lower level, which did not have elevator access and the staff carried our bags down by hand. The hotel needs renovations and the cleaning could be better. We found hair left in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious especially the suites. "

"Hotel is very nice Just be leery they only offer valet parking very expensive unless you wanna park in the public parking garage. I have no problem with the cost of parking as long as it’s upfront But you don’t realize that until you get there and it’s a little walk to the public parking garage beware"
