“Had to be given the hotel master key to open my hotel room, was then unable to leave anything in hotel room because other guests had to use master key for there room as well, hotel was under construction missing flooring, room smelt like mold, I ended up leaving nothing in the hotel room and rarely using it to sleep, I believe I deserve a refund for lack of amenities”

“Stairs were dirty with dead grass and bits of paper. Upholstery on chair was stained. Crumbs on counter and floor in breakfast area.”

“Staff was great, room was ok. Bed was pretty hard, I think their maintenance person took a long vacation - weeds everywhere and random pieces of gym equipment outside. The grill and lounge was ok but it shouldn’t be called a grill - 90% was Indian food. Not what I was expecting for a place being called a grill. Food was good but not what I was really looking for.”

“First room we asked to be changed. stronger smell of dampness. staff didn't want to admit. i explained i was also supposed to have a king suite like described. staff sometimes they change it. second room smelled like a musty basement. floor even felt wet. staff didn't nothing to change situation.”
