"Thoroughly enjoyed our time"

"This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! "

"The location is nice and clean with a very effective air condition, which came really handy in this summer’s heat. Also very modern technical equipment in the kitchen, which was a joy to use. It also has a whirlpool for 3-4 persons as an added bonus. The host is very nice and supportive. Maybe we overlooked this in the description - one of the three bedrooms is only reachable through one of the other two, which didn’t work for us, so one of us slept on the (very comfortable) couch in the living....

"Lovely spacious house in the grounds of the chateaux surrounded by fields and woodland. The house is well appointed, extremely comfortable and the delightful owner lives next door and made us feel very welcome. No internet connection and having to hire bed linen at an extra cost is unusual in my experience of using VRBO across Europe but nevertheless this is a perfect house to stay in to explore the real beauty of the Loire Valley. And the exquisite boulangerie and patisserie a few minutes walk...
