“The hotel itself is a great location, charming, well kept. Room darling decor, spacious, charming and clean. Hotel oozed Parisian charm. The view of cathedral fantastic but roadside very noisy and room stuffy, AC did not work well. Parking a disaster, consumed the entire experience. The reviews on hotel are accurate except the parking. It’s a parking garage, 1/2 mile over bridge from hotel and you must have a mini car to fit in garage. Or there is parking at cathedral, use EXTREME caution and do……

“The room was a bit tight, but comfortable. The room did get a bit warm at night, so we slept with the window open to keep it comfortable. It is non-smoking but we found smoke (marijuana) in the hallways and at times strong enough to creep into the room. Not one seemed to complain, and we did not want to cause waves. Julia was very helpful and told us what to see, what to do, and where to eat. She has great customer service skills. Breakfast has an assortment of items and we loved the bread and……

“Die Doppelbetten sind mit einer Breite von 1,40 m für deutsche Standards extrem klein. Entsprechend ungemütlich waren die beiden Nächte. Das Frühstück ist eher spärlich und das Auffüllen leerer Speisen dauerte ewig. Die Lage hingegen ist sehr gut.”

“Closed to train station, not far from flixbus station. Can borrow hair dryer at reception. During my stay it was a hot day, no air con and if I open the window, it’s quite noisy and mosquitoes go in the room. Keep sweating. But for a night stay it’s a alright.”

“Frühstück ist Super! Sehr sehr netter und kompetenter Mitarbeiter der für das Frühstück zuständig ist. Check in war eher schwierig, unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter eher desinteressiert. Fahren schon seit Jahren, 2-3 mal im Jahr nach Metz in das Hotel. Das war der schlimmste Check in ever. ”
