"Excellent villa in an outstanding location. Villa has everything you need, even 2 dishwashers. Heated pool is awesome and very toddler friendly. 2 great outdoor eating areas, 1 with a BBQ. I would recommend a car as the beach is a little further away than the photos appear to show it. The views over the lagoon are spectacular and the beach has to be one of the best in Portugal. "Beautiful indoor decor and wonderful quiet rooms with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast in a elegant dining room, easy parking and few minutes walk to the Monastery. Gave a 4 for property conditions because the outdoors needs a little upkeep but indoors it’s great. Nice staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again. "

"Rooms did not have good sound proofing, we could hear the neighbors cough, sneeze etc. The facilities were lovely but there was carpeting in the halls and rooms that was very worn, dirty and spotty. Appreciated the parking garage. "

"Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "
