“The biggest thing was that there's no AC in the bedrooms. I had a private bedroom and it was extremely hot. It had to be about 35 degrees Celsius inside the room. There was no fan, no AC, and it was extremely uncomfortable.
I had to leave and go to a different hotel. This place advertises itself as high end travel hotel, but it does not feel luxury. The rooms were clean and the front desk is very helpful, but a lot of the hotel is under construction and a lot of the common and social areas are……

“旅館位在Trindade地鐵站走路約10分鐘的距離，但是主要景點集中區域都是步行可到達的距離，前往景點完全沒有搭乘到地鐵。周圍沒有太多餐廳，但是走到聖卡特琳娜街之後就會有非常多選擇，這裡也是相當熱鬧的購物街區。
預定的是雙人床房型有獨立衛浴、空調和對外窗，空間不大但是乾淨且安靜。飯店附歐式早餐但可選擇性不多。公共區域有餐廳、廚房和戶外庭院。旅館也可代為洗衣，一次費用10歐元。接待人員在我入住時非常熱心的帶我認識所有的設施，推薦我必去的景點，還有免費的walk tour可以讓住客報名。整體上，我對於住在這裡的體驗感到滿意。”
