“This was a very comfortable, quiet, well equipped apartment close to my meeting locations, local restaurants, grocery stores and transit. It's in an older building that does not have an elevator (lift) so you have to be prepared to carry your bags up the 81 steps of the staircase. (I got lots of aerobic exercise during my stay). The keys were collected from a lockbox on a pole across the street from the building entrance. When you leave, the keys go back into the lockbox. The bed has good back……

“Overall, I had an excellent stay. The property was well maintained and I felt very safe. The location was convenient and only a 10 minute walk to the metro. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The check in process was easy, but I did arrive early and had to wait for access to my room at 3pm. “The room was kept very clean. Despite the extreme heat outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it a relief to return to the room. The location is excellent, with convenient public transport and easy access to anywhere. It is also very convenient as there is a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. On the first night, the guests next door (possibly a group) were having a big party with loud music. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even past midnight. However,……

“Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack……

“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening.
