“Las habitaciones estaban bien, nos tuvieron que cambiar porque pedimos una con dos camas y nos dieron una con una cama individual, pero lo solucionaron sin problema. En la habitación nueva, es verdad que el aire no funcionaba, pero bueno. Destaco la amabilidad de atendernos para hacernos la cena a la hora a la que llegamos que tampoco nos pusieron pegas y eso lo agradecemos. En general bien, camas cómodas, buen baño.”

“Yo no tenía vistas a los viñedos. El servicio de recepción fue correcto, pero no agradable.
El desayuno fue un desastre tanto por la poca variedad como por la calidad. No es normal que a las 10:00 de la mañana se hayan acabado los bollos y no tengan más para reponer. Y de los embutidos mejor no hablar… si en Salamanca están malos los embutidos…
En general fue una estancia mala por el precio de todo.”

“With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.”
