The place was clean. It had a bit of a musty smell, but easily fixed with some body spray. The quilt kept us nice and warm on a winter stormy night! All the amenities in room were functional. We would stay again for a good nights rest. Staff were friendly.

The staff were wonderful! We got in late, and they had everything set for us to self check-in. The room was clean and updated. It is in a small town with great Amish food. Very safe and affordable. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable. Friendly person who checked us in. Certainly a no frills motel. We did enjoy our stay. Very quiet neighborhood.

It was clean and nice for the price. It’s an older inn but we would go there again for a night. I wish it would have had a hair blow dryer in the room. It’s nice being close to the Yoder’s restaurant that has really good food. We enjoyed walking around the town.

Convenient location and comfy beds/comforters. Room could have been better cleaned as there was old bar of used soap stuck to the shower floor and some wings of a dead bug. There was an old Keruig coffee pod left in the coffee maker so that wasn’t properly cleaned. There should have been more towels and wash towels for a room for four, only two in room. Lamps needed dusting. Door was alittle hard to open with the key.

I like how clean the rooms were. Water was nice and hot just didnt last long but thats okay. The only complaint would be it had a bad mildew smell.

The property is in a good location if you are doing things in Arthur. Getting in and out of the property was easy. It advertises that check in was at 3:00. We got there at 2:50. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour. We tried to get into our room at 4:15 and they were still cleaning it. Not sure what time they finished because we decided to go to an early dinner to kill time. The room was just okay clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioner worked great and kept us comfortable.

Needs some serious updates and needs painted. Mini splits are not very good. Couldn't get room temperature to work good. Cracks in the door when closed showing outside daylight. Bathtub and handle needs cleaned along with shower door. Top quilt had tears in the seams on the quilt.

Older, but very good. It was clean and well cared for. It was updated with a very nice bathroom. It had a loveseat in the room, also fridge and microwave. Beautiful quilt on the bed and an armoire for your clothes. Our friends stayed in a room next to ours and it had the same things. They liked their room also. We would stay here again.
