Our entire family enjoyed themselves thoroughly during our stay at Chad's townhome. The place was in pristine condition and the location was great for our weekend at Seven Springs. We enjoyed the ski-out ability from the location through the Southwinds neighborhood, taking you to between the Cortina and Polar Bear lifts. Although the Southwinds lift wasn't operating throughout our long weekend, we found it easy to take a short 3-4 min walk down the neighborhood road from just below the Polar Bear lift into the Southwind neighborhood, and then we would put our skis back on to make it from the top of the Southwind lift to the townhouse (only about 30-40 yards distance). We especially appreciated Chad's approach to being a host. He checked in on us during the trip to make sure all was going well and he ensured that the kitchen was well stocked. There were quite a few "Chad rocks!" being said during the weekend. We would definitely stay at the townhome again in the future. ##### Nicholas M. It will be IDEAL during ski season as well. The number of bedrooms and baths gave each of the couples the privacy needed.
