Ski in Ski Out Condo 1BR, 1 Bath, MIDWEEK..SPECIAL PRICES On the slopes Boomerang trail and Goosebemps slope is directly behind the condo.
Seven Springs Resort, in The Villages, on the slopes, beautiful view of the mountains with fully supplied kitchen, washer and dryer. 24 hour shuttle service, delicious restaurants in the resort, entertainment. In the summer months there is an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub a couple minutes walk from the condo. Open memorial day to labor day. Showers and changing rooms. Tennis courts, basketball courts and playground next to the pool. Condo very clean
I have a pet fee of $10.00 per night per pet.
I hav a 3 night minimum over the President's day and Martin Luther King day holidays.

Relaxing Fall Getaway

Loved that this rental was pet friendly and right on the slopes. Neighbors were super friendly and the host was very responsive. Really enjoyed the indoor hot tub and lounge area - it seemed newly updated. Would 100% recommend!

Short Trip

We enjoyed our trip to Seven Springs. The condo was perfect for us. We had two dogs with us so it’s always nice to have a pet-friendly place to stay. I can only imagine how fun it would be to ski right out to the slopes in winter! Property manager was quick to respond and easy to reach.

This condo is perfect. The ability to ski right from your condo is so much fun. Very comfortable and clean. Everything you need to make your meals. Diane is a great host and responds quickly.

Perfect getaway condo.

We have always skied at 7 springs and were looking for a short relaxing getaway before summers end so we decided to come here and try it in the summer. This property fit the bill. The property is very clean and surprisingly large for a one bedroom. It is perfectly located on slope and has great views of the area. Would highly recommend. Owner communicates everything without having to be asked Overall was a great property to stay at.

Wonderful weekend!

Beautiful! Be aware there are steps, but I didn’t mind them, just make a few trips from your car, which has a covered designated space, btw! We absolutely loved the view of Boomerang trail and beyond! The amenities are awesome and we were luck enough to get lots of snow this weekend. You won’t be disappointed!

THE AMENITIES AT THE CONDO WERE EXCELLENT. JUST LIKE HOME.THE VIEW WAS NICE. IT WAS SUPER CLEAN. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS REALLY HARD WERE THE NUMBER OF STEPS IN WHICH I HAD TO CARRY ALL THAT I BROUGHT. I AM 70 YEARS OLD. IT WAS ROUGH. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION SHOULD RE-THINK THEIR ACCESSES TO THE RENTALS.

Great long weekend

The place is exactly as pictured. It’s very clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with and was able to accommodate a last minute reservation. I’m glad I chose this place for a much needed getaway.
