Villa Labro - Superb Villa With Panoramic View
Found on an astounding 2000m² piece of land in Chania’s most expensive location, this luxury villa totaling 220m² spreads over two levels 110m² each and offers the experience of a lifetime in this most popular destination in western Crete!
One enters this superb villa through automatic gates and is welcomed by a view of the villa’s lawned surroundings and an elegant external lounge.
Upon entering this stunning villa one finds a huge air-conditioned open space living/dining room area with a capacity of seating 6, complete with two additional wooden long chairs, a double sofa bed, one sofa and 2 beautiful armchairs, a 50" TV with a variety of channels by OTE TV and a DVD player. This area is also equipped with a remote controlled ceiling fun for extra freshness.
This magnificent space is extremely bright and airy benefiting from access to a pergola covered balcony with breathtaking views all across Chania, an outdoors sitting area for 4 people and a vast garden.
The modern kitchen of this divine villa is equipped with all necessary electric appliances, such as a gas and electric cooker, electric grill, fridge, dishwasher as well as a filter coffee machine, kettle, espresso coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and all crockery and cutlery. A door from the kitchen leads to a charming outdoors lounge in the lovely green garden and also the main entrance. On this level one also finds a modern toilet with shower.
An internal wooden staircase with 17 steps leads to a second small auxiliary kitchen equipped with an electrical cooker, fridge and washing machine. On this level one also finds a large bathroom with bathtub and a small storage room.
The first bedroom is an extremely large air-conditioned space including a double bed with a roof, big closet, a very comfortable sofa and a 40" TV. This beautiful bedroom has window doors taking one to a pergola covered outdoors space and a huge lighted lawned garden filled with fruit trees and offering generous wide views of the city of Chania inclusive of the popular lighthouse at the Old Harbour!
The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and large with two semi-double beds and big fitted closets, a TV and window doors providing access to the garden and to all-day gorgeous views of Chania all across to the sea!
The third equally large also air-conditioned bedroom contains a double bed, big closet and a TV. From here one has access via window doors to the exquisite garden and the same breathtaking views which crown the villa as a whole!
The gardens is a space for relaxation but also exercise and have fun with the whole family as one finds here a basketball board, a mini playground with a swing and a slide. Also there is a running and sit up machine as well as two long chairs complete with modern beach towels for extreme sunbathing!
There is parking space for two vehicles, one covered and another open one, while the villa also benefits from solar panels for taking advantage of an average of 300 days of sunshine for water heating.
