El hotel tiene una gran ubicación muy céntrica y justo al lado de una plaza comercial. También cuenta con estacionamiento techado que se agradece, el estacionamiento es de auto servicio y además cuenta con valet.
El hotel esta "bien" pero ya se le notan los años y requiere de una renovación urgente. La alfombra en el pasillo se ve sucia y muy gastada, En el cuarto el baño sigue teniendo tina y cortina de baño lo que lo hace muy molesto al bañarse. Las puertas del closet ya están muy maltratadas y estorban mucho. Cuenta con pocos enchufes en las paredes para poder cargar dispositivos, la televisión tiene muy mala calidad de audio y la mayoría de los canales no se escuchan. Los muebles en general se ven viejos y que desde los años 80s no se han renovado. Adicionalmente, el aire acondicionado no se puede regular por lo que hace mucho frio (al grado de tener que apagarlo) o hace calor. Se escucha mucho ruido tanto del pasillo como de las habitaciones contiguas.
Honestamente, no se como ostenta el nombre de Marriot todavia.
Por otro lado, TODO el Staff es muy atento y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y están pendientes de todas tus necesidades
