Our stay at Hotel Bo was incredible from start to finish. The level of service here was a breath of fresh air. Every single staff member we encountered, from the welcoming greeting at the door to the efficient check-in and the attentive cleaning staff was amazing. The hotel itself is a sanctuary. It is exceptionally calm, with beautiful gardens and a very pleasant, curated atmosphere (even the background music and soundscapes were perfect). Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. A few highlights: The Food & Drinks: The restaurant is top-tier; every meal and cocktail was excellent. The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless. The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest. If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

The Hotel was very pretty, and relaxed. Just a suggestion; the receptionist needs to be at the desk all the time. We had a little issue, one our tours was so early at 4:00 am and the front door was locked. We did not find the receptionist and no one answer the phone. So we needed to talk with the driver about this and he was very nice and he came back for us. So I am giving 5 stars because we did not miss the trip.

Durante nuestra visita a San Cristóbal de las Casas, nos hospedamos en Plaza Magnolias Suites y la verdad fue una excelente elección. Un lugar cómodo, limpio y con una ubicación muy conveniente para explorar la ciudad. Nuestro único detalle fue la disponibilidad de agua caliente, que no siempre estaba al 100%, y el hecho de que no ofrecen desayuno, algo que se extraña porque en las inmediaciones no hay tantas opciones buenas para comer en la mañana. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial: atención amable, habitaciones agradables y un ambiente tranquilo para descansar después de un día de recorrer las calles y mercados de San Cristóbal. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.
