"Jarred checked us in two weeks prior to our trip and checked us in again upon our return mid-way home stay. He was wonderful both times, helping us lock up our bikes in the lobby. Dustin was helpful at check out. I would suggest tongs for breakfast; people can be gross and handle bread, English muffins, etc... Kids are not always the worst offenders."

"We were 3 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was SO well stocked, there was a BBQ and a smoker. So many cooking options. The view is spectacular. We loved watching the tides coming in and going out. We weren't aware there were people living in the lower level until we received our instructions the day before, advising us that we had to leave one side of the drive open for them. We thought we had the entire house. That being said, they were quiet and we hope we didn't disturb them. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed.I would highly recommend. "

"This property was absolutely stunning and Karen is the true definition of a superhost. The house was extremely clean and eloquently and tastefully decorated. The view was beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful, the property had all the needed amenities in great working condition and Karen was great at providing relevant information about places to visit in the area. We were even greeted with a welcome sign, box of chocolates and bottle of non-alcoholic wine which was perfect for the family. Everyone instantly felt at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. "

" After a disappointing stay in a boutique hotel in Dartmouth, we were so surprised how nice this property was. It was impeccably clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Stylishly decorated.
The hostess has thought of everything to make us feel at home. Snacks, coffee, plenty of docking stations for devices and laundry supplies .
The ceiling fans and their funky lights in all of the rooms were fun.
The location is very quiet and I loved listening to the birds.
