The Space: Welcome to The Simonton Suite, your spacious Charleston home base, perfect for groups of up to six. With three bedrooms (one king, two queens) and two full baths, this inviting condo blends historic character with modern comfort, all just off Spring Street beside Bramble!

Accessed by its own exterior staircase, the second-floor condo features an open layout ideal for gathering, dining, and relaxing together. The king bedroom is on the main living level, while two queen bedrooms are upstairs, each with easy access to a full bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen opens to a private balcony for a bit of fresh air, and the cozy living room offers a plush sofa, HDTV, cable, and Roku.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floors for added privacy. Like many classic Charleston homes, you’ll find charming details, including slightly shorter door frames, part of the city’s historic appeal.

Please note: construction of a new home next door is scheduled to begin January 2025, as of January 2026, the construction is almost complete and much quieter!

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
