When we checked in my husband was going to shower before we left for a concert. There was no hot water. Maintenance came and tried to fix it, but the next morning I showered and the water was a little warm on the hottest setting then it turned to cold. I told the desk attendant when we checked out and he said he would see if we could receive extra points but he couldn't reimburse money for the room. We paid over $200 for a room with no hot water!!!

As of 2/24/23 the lobby was under renovation and I feel like I was not made adequately aware prior to booking. This impacted the entrance and exits for the lobby, as random exits were closed without prior notice. Workers were in the lobby almost 24/7 and as a result I felt uneasy as a woman traveling alone with so many men in the lobby to watch me enter and exit.
