False advertising & very poor communication
The host advertised "pool gym & parking 208". There was no access to the pool, or gym, and the parking is on the street which wasn't a big deal. When the host was contacted about no pool or gym, their response time was very delayed. The host then passed us on to the management company - which never responded to us. We tried getting back in contact with the host and this individual never responded. Our stay was 9 nights so they had plenty of time to get back to us! We also had maintenance in our apartment because we had a leak that was impacting the people on the floor below us. Once again, we reach out to the host & management company - neither of them respond to us. VRBO customer service was just as bad. Very little interest in helping us. They did give us a case #, and 7 days later - they couldn't even get in contact with the host or management company. I wouldn't recommend this host, or management company, to anyone. They have no interest in anything except getting their money. We spent over $1,500 and were treated like trash.
