Brigette is a sweet lady who knows how to run a wonderful B&B! Her home is spotless and so simply and beautifully decorated. The land the home is on has beautiful trees. The best part of it all was the breakfast. Regretfully, we could only stay 1 night so we only got to experience it once. It started with a slightly sweet raspberry, blueberry, and green apple fruit salad, lightly sweetened with maple syrup. It didn’t taste like syrup but made the fruit slightly sweet. Next, we had seasoned potatoes, and a mini, quiche-like (no crust) preparation that had thinly sliced turkey on the outside with a Gouda cheese, egg, sweet cherry tomatoes with pesto on top creation, baked to perfection. Last we were given a triangle-shaped cherry oatmeal bar that was to die for! I wanted the rest of it! Our experience was memorable, down to the sweet fragrance of the bath salts given to us! If/when we ever pass this way again, we will hope to stay with her again!
