This was a very cool new hotel. Easy walk into the cute town of Hudson. They are still working out some kinks, we didn’t have hot water but staff was very understanding and offered us

Nicely decorated for Christmas. Helpful and attentive staff, Lack of heat in some of the public areas like near the library was an issue, but they tried by keeping the fireplace going. As a helpful hint- the fireplace area in the library was drafty and cold. You can go a long way toward fixing this by repairing or replacing that door that leads outside. There’s a 1 inch gap there. Also, while this is an issue, close those 2 inside doors. That works.

The room was spotless! All the staff from the front desk at check in, housekeepers, bartenders right thru to the front desk at checkout were professional, efficient , helpful, and most of all very friendly. Location is perfectly located near eateries, pubs and the MVP Arena - all within walking distance. Highly recommend this Hilton!
