There is also a full bathroom and garage access from this floor. The second level is the main floor with an open concept kitchen, private balcony access and living room with a smart TV. Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO. Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments: The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking. All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals. This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional. Cancellation Policy: Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms. The Burnside Neighborhood is an 8-acre enclave of townhomes, businesses, and a fully restored, mixed-use one-hundred-year-old warehouse located in Chattanooga\`s historic Southside. The apartments boast exposed brick walls, modern kitchens, comfortable common lounges, a rooftop deck, and a tree-lined outdoor courtyard. We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own. \-No parties or events \-Pets Allowed with a ONE dog max with a $100 non refundable fee. There is an on site dog park area (currently under construction), please clean up after your pet. No pets on the beds or furniture please. \-No smoking. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the building and properly dispose of your butts. Evidence of smoking of any substance inside the unit will result in an immediate $500 charge. There is also no smoking on the balcony per building policy! \-The garage door opener is sitting in the bowl on the table when you enter the front door. Please return this upon checkout. There is a $100 charge if the opener is not returned. Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. Everything was very clean, spacious, and great for a larger group (especially with so many bathrooms). The location was central to many parts of Chattanooga. It seemed practically brand new and was close to everything. We loved having three floors and also that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The main floor was spacious with a well equipped modern kitchen, large island, dining area, living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 1/2 bath. This was the first VRBO where we were able to park in the garage. That was very convenient. Pretty new property. Overall in great condition. Noise is a problem as the train tracks are right next to the property that run all night. No TV’s in the bedroom, which was a disappointment. Very small garage, couldn’t for my truck in it. It is cute, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We were so happy with the location -5 minutes from downtown! The host was quick to communicate. This was a perfect location, close to a great steak place and wonderful brewery. It was a short drive to downtown and to other local places. The kitchen had everything we wanted. The den area was great for hanging out and the firepit/corn hole area also. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend you bring ear plugs for the nearby trains. Confortable beds. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and additional 1/2 bath in the living area. We had five people and needed three bedrooms, and the three bathrooms were great. Wouldn’t complain about anything except possibly the train noise, which we knew about ahead of time. There is some construction going on right around the building too, but that should be completed soon. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed the area very much. Close to many things.
