Perfect location for our triathlon race in downtown Chattanooga! A very nicely appointed condominium with a complete kitchen and easy, walkable access to downtown and restaurants. We will be booking this one again if it fits our needs!

This condo was perfectly located for our graduation weekend with our daughter. So clean, everything we needed, more than enough space for our family. One thing to note, the VERY NICE sofa in the living room area is a pull out queen! Woot! That’s the third bedroom noted in the description.Fantastic place! DEFINITELY would stay there again for a fun trip to a super fun town.

This is a clean, attractive, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a safe neighborhood. It is in an excellent location for quick access to the Tennessee River and many Chattanooga attractions. The listing advertised three bedrooms, but actually there were two bedrooms and one sleeper sofa in the living room. So while it does sleep six people, somebody will have to sleep in the living room. (The mattress on the pull out sofa bed is quite large, a queen size or larger, and also very comfortable - which is good to know because a lot of sofabeds are not.) The owners of the apartment are very responsive, communicative, and a pleasure to deal with.

This condo was exactly was described. Location was great to downtown, and the restaurant across the street was perfect! Communication with the host was exceptional. There was an incident with a tenant that lived in the building where the pool was located, but after speaking with a host it seems as if it is a reoccurring problem with this tenant and he just doesn't care for the condo sharing facilities. However, I would definitely book and stay here again.

A very clean and freshly updated condo near the river not quite 1 mile from the Aquarium. Parkway Pourhouse is a sports bar directly across the street. We ate there the 2 nights we stayed. Great food and staff!We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and modern place, close to everything you’ll want to explore, great communication from the host! It was everything we needed while my daughter was attending an event at the Conference Center. I was able to continue my remote work in a great environment, plus take some time to walk and enjoy the city. If we are ever back here, I will 100% book this again!!

This is not a 3 bedroom condo. It has 2 bedrooms and a very small sleeper sofa with no privacy. It’s in the area where everyone gathers and walks into kitchen a few steps away. It’s fine if you don’t actually care that you are only getting 2 bedrooms but I don’t want anyone to be misled as I was. Disappointing that owners can describe condo as “3 bedrooms” when it is not.
