The house is the corner home in the heart of the urban action, stylized by a local designer. Enjoy 1,600+ sq feet for your group! The living space flows into the kitchen with an open floor plan, and has a large 4K Roku TV for enjoyment.

Enjoy not one, not two, but three! king bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. The first king bedroom is downstairs and the remaining 2 bedrooms are upstairs. We'll provide all the toiletries, towels, and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), utensils, and kitchen supplies.

The neighborhood is full of young people who are college students due to the close proximity to UTC and downtown. It is very urban in feel, and there is a bus stop directly outside the house on the corner of MLK. The neighborhood is friendly and close to just about everything. You'll see homes in good and updated conditions, and it's safe to walk (of course normal city precautions always still apply, don't walk alone/ late at night/ lock the doors / don't leave valuables in your vehicle etc).

Like many cities, Chattanooga does not have the capacity of shelters for the amount of homeless - due to the urban nature of our property, you will likely see homeless people during your stay.
