"Dusty, musty, crusty. This vacation home was NOT for us. I would not recommend if you are looking for a clean and well maintained place to enjoy a lake vacation. When we arrived to front door was unlocked, the first thing we noticed when walking inside was the smell. It was evident that there was mold and poor air quality in the musty basement and the humidity on the first floor was unbearable. "Property is spacious as advertised. 16 people were able to spread out and sleep well. This is a property better suited for summer travel and not winter though. We were there for ice fishing and ended up having to leave. Access to the lake was all snowed in from the house. None of the showers really worked, but it is a well and it was frozen cold out. In the summer I expect it would not be a problem. So the space was as advertised, but for a large group ice fishing trip, I would not stay there...

"My family (4 families total) stayed for 3 nights while visiting our daughter at college. The house was fantastic. So much room for 4 adult couples and their kids to stay. And it was a quick 15 minute drive into town. The property manager was easy to communicate with as well. We plan to stay there again on our trips to the North Country."
