I wasn’t happy with the check in because I paid for one bag over the phone $25 dollars with my Credit card. When I got to the airport I was charged again another $25 dollars.

While I speak and understand Spanish. The flight attendant who did the speaking, was not anywhere near fluent in English. She skipped words and mumbled through her instructions in English. If I did not know Spanish, I would have not known/understood anything she said.
