“We had high hopes for this lodge per the reviews and pics. I almost felt we were in Acapulco or another spring break destination with all the rules and regulations that applied. Don’t get me wrong, enforcing rules is great but come on we felt somewhat uncomfortable and too restricted. We did noticed however there was an extra charge for everything including early check in, water bottles, and even toilet paper. “We loved this place! Beautiful and comfortable facilities. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and jacuzzi area is definitely the best part, and the views of Ajijic are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and communication was super smooth. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it!”
