There was some confusion on seat selection on line so I decided NOT to purchase or select on line. I simply specified I wanted an aisle seat. I didn't want to pay extra on an already great price ticket. I was happy to find that I had perfect seats with extra legroom, not an exit and that I wasn't paying extra. So thanks for that.

Our hostess (Carol or Karen) from Knoxville to Denver did a superb job caring for all the passengers who might miss their connections in Denver due to our delayed departure.
