DO NOT STAY HERE — DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL
This was by far the dirtiest and most unprofessional Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I was there for a week, and unfortunately, most of the front-desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.
The only people who were pleasant and actually helpful to me were Diana and Juanita. Diana especially stood out because she was the only person during my entire week-long stay who came to me and asked if I needed anything. I truly appreciated her kindness.
One employee, Karen, was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional in my experience. Most of my interactions with the front desk were uncomfortable because of how rude the staff were.
The room itself was disgustingly dirty. I had to use approximately five bags’ worth of my own wet wipes just to clean the room before I felt comfortable staying there. There were no bags, no fresh linens, and basic housekeeping was severely lacking.
I have been staying in hotels for nearly two months while my house is being built, so I have experienced quite a few different properties. This was easily one of the worst.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the customer service made the experience even worse.
Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
