All staff was great. Laura in particular stood out as examplary. I was not pleased, however to find that the seat ‘upgrade’ I paid for meant I couldn’t move the armrest (I was with a child who needed to sleep) and that I couldn’t have a screen out during taxi, takeoff, and landing. Seems like a trade-off more than an upgrade
