“Dirty, cold and unsafe hotel with dishonest owner.
Started with the false information from the owner. My mum is 80 years old and cannot take many stairs. I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairs…
Then he didn’t even check our passports (it’s a mandatory in Morocco) and demanded extra cash for an “upgrade”.
Then apartment was extremely dirty, even the toilet was dirty. And very cold! We asked……
