“The room we were given was appalling. It smelt bad, it was unclean, mouldy and badly maintained. It was a dead space. When we asked for another room the staff said the hotel was booked out. We decided to leave. The manager then found another room for us, but it was only marginally better. Neither of the rooms in any way resembled the photos on the website. It is a trick. Avoid this hotel.”
