“This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. ”

“This cottage was amazing. We had the best time sitting around the fire pit by the river and kayaking up and down the river, also. The water was so clear, and it was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely be planning to book there again when we are in the area. The stairs leading down to the river are very steep (as mentioned in the posting description), but other than that, it was great. ”

“This weekend we got married at Roan Mountain and stayed at this cabin. We had two families staying here and we throughly enjoyed our stayed. It was a beautiful property and in an excellent location. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek and roasting marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace, while the adults enjoyed drinking coffee under the pavilion, listening to the fire crackle and the birds chirping. We hiked down the AT to Laurel Falls waterfall and enjoyed the day on Sunday exploring all the……
