“I spent a week in a Queen room at Kavil Guesthouse in early November 2025. The room was good sized, with a comfortable bed and good-quality sheets and towels. Everything worked as it should, like the A/C, Wi-Fi, hot water, etc. I particularly appreciate the drinking water available for guests to fill our water bottles, and an in-room wall-mounted fan to supplement the A/C. Kavil Guesthouse is on a quiet lane but right in the middle of the old city, with heaps of great places to eat and lots to……

“We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!”

“The hotel was very spacious, close to the resort cafe and reception and within walking distance to the riverbed and sanctuary. It had good amenities with a large outdoor shower with shower gel/ shampoo and toilet paper. In the bed room there was bottled water and kettle for teas or coffees, homemade mosquito repellent and soap bar, there was also a hair dryer and a mosquito net which was an extra bonus. The resort offer free shuttle to the riverbed however we walked down and made our way……

“酒店外觀很有心思，內部及外圍也看得出花了很功夫，很有特色。早餐也很好吃，親切的老闆很用心給我們做菜，也很樂意提供清邁的資訊，若是逗留時間較長的話，而且亦喜歡比較清幽的家庭式住宿，我覺得是蠻不錯的選擇，鄰近還有便利店、夜間小食檔，挺方便。特別提意一下，遊客可先準備蚊怕水。”
