"The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside. The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not great. Honestly, you can find many better breakfast options in the city of Hanoi for the same price or even cheaper. The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile."
