“El departamento es bonito, funcional y está en una zona agradable, no muy lejos de las estaciones de metro. En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo……

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. “Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space.
