Hotel was close to train station, and the mall. Clean and well maintained.

Very nice hotel. Restaurant Origine was exceptional. Property conveniently located to public transport and shopping and restaurants. Limited English spoken by most hotel staff.

Hotel is so convenient, across a park, near a train station, an outlet mall and just around the corner is a 7 Eleven store. I really enjoyed Tomson the adorable robot 🤖 that greets us in the lobby 😊 so cuuute . Love this hotel

Everything about this hotel was First Class. My corner room on the 19th floor had a fabulous view looking at the harbor. The Chinese Restaurant was excellent and the pastries at Satsuki were fresh baked daily and some of the best I’ve ever tasted. My only disappointment was their beautiful pool was not included. It was ¥3300 for a daily pass, and the golf range another ¥2200. That said, the room rates were reasonable. The only caveat is you’ll need to taxi or take the train to see other...

Breakfast was amazing as well as big public bath!

Rooms are large and clean with nice jacuzzi bath and shower. TV, video, fridge and massage chair are also included in room.

The place was great, they helped out as much as possible. The breakfast was amazing I fell in love with one of their juices and now I don’t want any other dumplings lol!! The place is in a good location if you are visiting near by areas, but it is a little ways from Tokyo. It is our fault that we couldn’t communicate well with them when there English employee wasn’t there, but will definitely visit again and hope to know more of the language!!

Great value

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

Excellent staff. Great value. Tasty comfort food breakfast that differs each day. Decently large bedroom & bed with plentiful outlets. Inexpensive laundry on 1F.
