“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins.
We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!”

“It was a beautiful place! The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property.
The tents are so nice and gave little touches that take it over the top: water bottles, ear plugs, eye masks, decor, space heater, lights over the entrance (didn’t keep me awake). The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom building……

“Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months”

“Do not book this property. Didn't get an access code, from the outside the property needed a lot off work done. Was told exspedia had got the dates wrong & shouldn't of but it on website, was given an alternative which had broken glass & empty bottles all over the floor outside the main building. The room was tiny with no bathroom & we didn't feel safe at all so refused to stay there. Had to pay for somewhere else to stay as we where four hours away from home. Cost us a lot of money to get……
