"This was like stepping back in time! My husband grew up coming here to a family cabin back in the 60's and 70's. The old part of town has not changed much with its quiet setting and old time charm. We loved not having cell service or TV it was so refreshing being able to just chill. We have Verizon and found if we stood in the road there was some reception. As well, the neighbors are super friendly and willing to assist if you need help. There is a nice secluded place to sit in the yard and enjoy the breeze in the tall pines and smell the fresh cool air. We did really enjoy our stay here. Bed was super comfy and nice arranged kitchen and bathroom.They don't have a real coffee maker only the pod type so if you are a true coffee drinker bring a pot with you. Same for the blender its a small handheld single one. But all in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was a very busy time for us this time, I was officiating our sons wedding in Sierraville which is just down the road so super close for us to get there and back. Thanks for the memories we really enjoyed your place."
