"Todo exelente un lugar acogedor limpio tranquilo a exepcion de una chica de recepcion no se su nombre ni me intereso pero fue cero empatica ese dia era el ultimo dia y saque mi camioneta del cajon para acomodar los ascientos y subir el equipage ya que en el cajon del estacionamiento era imposible ella simplemente se quedo parada enfrente de mi esperando a que me moviera de una no me dio tiempo de hacerlo entondo que no puedo estacionar ahi pero no estaba estacionada solo estaba acomodando los asientos para poner el equipaje le pedi 3 minutos para hacerlo y simplemente me lo nego muy de mala manera se me hizo inecesaria su postura ya que era demaciado temprano no habia inquilinos que yo molestara y ya nos teniamos que retirar de la propiedad asi que eran 3 minutos a excepción de ella todo estuvo increible incluso el chico de la recepcion de la tarde noche fue increible "

"Hotel súper lindo la verdad superó nuestras expectativas…la limpieza, el personal, las habitaciones todo muy bien solo un área de oportunidad que tienen es tener más meseras en el área del casino ya que se tardan una eternidad en traerte lo que pides les des la propina que les des, como que el lugar es enorme y no tienen taaanto personal ahí… fuera de ahí todo excelente! El buffet delicioso…Si volveríamos sin pensarlo! "

"I arrived at the airport at 7:30 pm and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk to call for the shuttle. The extension for the shuttle hung up on me 3 times as soon as I selected the shuttle option from the automated message system when you call the phone number. So I tried to get. Hold of the front desk and I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes with no answer. I finally just decided to walk to the hotel where I was met with a long line to check in and only one person working behind the front desk. The staff were kind and sympathetic to the situation, but that was it, just and “awe, I’m so sorry about that”. Day two my key stopped working (an issue I overheard another guest had also had the night before).I was in a room that was the further est away from the front desk I think you can get in that hotel. Third floor, all the way at the very end of the hallway. So after a long day of walking around Reno I go up to my room only to have to return to the front desk to get my key fixed and then walk all the way back to the room. All in all was not a great experience. Would not stay there again. "
