“My family of 5 (two adults and 3 kids ages 5 and under) had an excellent time in Truckee visiting the snow. There is a huge "green belt" in the backyard that's shared with other neighbors, and we were able to make snowballs, snowmen, go sledding, and we found a couple of igloos to play in.The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. “The house itself was exactly what we needed and is a great property. However, upon arrival, we found that the sheets and bathroom rugs had not been properly cleaned, and there were no extra linens available. This caused a significant delay in settling in late at night. Management was responsive and refunded the cleaning fee, but I strongly recommend ensuring the cleaning is done thoroughly before guest arrival.”
